Getting a puppy? Thinking about getting a puppy
Contrary to popular myth, most Christmas puppies aren’t “impulse” gifts--many families have been planning to add a new furry member to the household for quite a while. And choosing to do it during the Holidays, with extra time off work, can make very good sense--plus make it extra special.
But adding a fuzzy, untrained “toddler” to the mix of ornaments, visitors and yummy food all around can be a challenge. The secret to having it be a joyous and positive experience for all is--you guessed it!--being prepared. In this entertaining & informative talk, we’ll go over some Puppy Prep 101, including:
- Bringing Puppy home
- Equipment to have ready
Managing pups & kids
- Sleeping arrangements, feeding schedules, house training & more
- Holiday safety for all your pets
We’ll also talk about great training resources for getting your puppy’s training & socialization off to a fabulous start.
Seating is limited, so if you plan to attend, please RSVP below. Thanks!
Note: this is a seminar for HUMANS only! Please leave dogs at home
